The cooperation between memetis and its customers is becoming increasingly interlinked. Essential success factors are our special know-how, the necessary equipment and our experience in project and process management. Our project managers understand both upstream and downstream process steps and can therefore assess the entire process flow with regard to efficient development and production. As part of the development process, we assume project management, project planning, visualization, as well as data and change management. The production of customer-specific miniature actuators is our main focus. After successful development it is necessary to transfer the developed concepts into series production. Our manufacturing competence enables our customers to hold an integration-ready actuator solution in their hands and to install it. In this way we accompany our customers in material selection, quality assurance and production.
Quality is an essential prerequisite for memetis' development services and actuator manufacturing. Our quality standards are aimed at increasing our competitiveness, which is why we have introduced our own quality system and are constantly developing it further. Customer satisfaction, efficiency and performance are at the centre of this. Certification according to relevant standards is of particular importance. Our quality management extends from sampling and process capability analyses to supplier qualification and production tests.
After successful development, we accompany our customers into the upcoming series production. We are actively involved in the start of series production and supply actuators and actuator systems ready for integration. Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, these are manufactured in our own production facility in Karlsruhe or provided by carefully selected manufacturing partners. Here we coordinate the parties involved so that we can ensure punctual delivery in the usual high quality. Due to our own manufacturing expertise and close partnerships, we are able to realize quantities ranging from 1 to 7-digit.
After successful development and feasibility testing, we transfer developed actuator concepts into series production together with our customers. Here we can provide efficient and quality-oriented actuators ready for integration due to our own high depth of added value.
