Our versatile rapid prototyping methods enable us to quickly and flexibly validate a wide variety of design variants. We are specialized to manufacture smallest components made of plastics and metal foils. For our projects in the field of SMA actuators, as well as for your customer-specific inquiries, we offer various manufacturing options:
- CNC milling of plastic parts up to a size of 210 x 160 x 15 mm3
- Laser cutting of plastics, wood/ paper and metal foils
- Laser welding of transparent polycarbonate e.g. for microfluidic structures
- 3D printing (SLA and FDM) with structure widths of less than 0.3 mm
