Microvalve Array System Design

Consistent with other valve solutions by memetis, our microvalve array modules are built based on a layered design. Each of the layers, as well as interfaces between them, are custom tailored to fit your flow control requirements in the smallest dimensions.

At the heart of the microfluidic valve array solutions are the shape memory alloy actuators which form the actuation layer. This is the part that generates force and stroke necessary to control microfluidic channel opening in the fluidic layer. The electronic control layer coordinates the automated fluid handling.
